How do I break in my new PRO series yoga mat?
The best way to break in your PRO mat is through daily practice. If you find it slippery initially, use our salt scrub method: sprinkle coarse sea salt over the mat, let it sit for 24 hours, then wipe down with a damp cloth.
What is the difference between the PRO and eKO series?
The PRO series is made from high-quality PVC that will never peel or fade and comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. The eKO series is made from biodegradable natural tree rubber, providing a more textured grip and eco-friendly footprint.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear sooner.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats removed from their shrink wrap cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, our PRO and PROlite mats are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee, which covers wear and tear from regular use. Other products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 90 days.
How should I clean my Manduka mat?
We recommend using our botanical Mat Wash or a vinegar-based solution. Avoid using soaps with high oil content or putting your mat in the washing machine, as this can damage the material integrity.
